COMMISSION FORM
• Confirm: I have read and agreed to the Terms of Service• Nickname and a link to one of your website/social• The preferred Deadline (so that I can ensure that the work is delivered on time)• Commission type (Full Body/Bust/Flat colour/Sketch...) + any addition (additional character, flat rate addition....)• The chosen character(s) (and indicate their owner if they are ocs)▪ Name and visual references (max five pictures) of the character▪ Characters description (5 rows/each) and outfits▪ Characters' poses and interactions▪ Provide references of the characters in your email or link to them (up to 10)
Step 2) f you don't provide a reference but only a description, I will automatically add a character's design flat fee of €100 for each character with no references, unless you give me artistic liberty to create them and don't require any changes. This fee is already included in the Digital Painting option.2) Please share your full name, address, and country with me at the time of payment so I can make you a legal invoice for your order.
If you represent a society or an organization I may also need your VAT number (tax EIN for the USA, le numéro de TVA in France, Partita IVA for Italy, etc.).
For private orders, I only need your full name and country.And send it to me via email or Google form using the button below:Step 3) If I accept to work on your commission, I will reply with the total amount in Euros (€) and I will provide you with my Paypal address or Bank account for the payment. I only accept upfront payments.
In the case of under-contract jobs, I may accept payments in two installments, the first once the sketch is approved and the second when the artwork is completed.4) Once I receive the payment, I will send you the invoice - if you requested it - and I will put you on my To-do list.
